Research and Development

In May of 2004 established the first R&D Test center for non-metal products in Zhejiang province. There are 23 professionals, including 3 senior engineers and a national grade researcher, and 60 percent of the professionals have more than 20 year's experience in hose design and making. The center consists of a chemical analysis lab, physical performance test lab, and products lab. We use advanced equipment such as salt spray analysis apparatus, high temperature test apparatus, blow test apparatus, rubber vulcanizing instruments, low expansion test instruments, fatigue test instrument and pulse and spectral analysis apparatus. .We also cooperates with Tsing Hua University, ZheJiang University, and Shenyang Rubber Research Institute, to develop more than 20 new and innovative products each year.
